• Apply liberally to plant at and around site of insect infestation. Moderate spraying to the rest of the plant will provide protection from insect pests.
  • Spray from a distance of approximately 20cm from plant surface.
  • Evening is the best time.
  • Avoid applying in direct sunlight.
  • Avoid spraying in windy conditions.
  • Avoid using on open flowers
  • Insecticidal effect acts for five hours. (To avoid killing beneficial insects such as bees and ladybugs, we recommend that spraying be done after sundown).
  • Repellant effect ranges from two to three days up to three months, depending on environmental conditions and pest pressure. As a guide we recommend re-application every two to three weeks.
  • If using concentrate around the garden, mix at 25ml/litre of water in either hand sprayer or back pack and apply liberally at first signs of insect infestation.
  • In horticultural situations, use concentrate at recommended dilution (see horticultural concentrates) in hand sprayer, back pack, boom sprayer, mister or fogger.
  • Use in combination with common integrated pest management systems.
Ideal for use in pesticide group rotation to break insects' resistance patterns.

  • Before application, remove any yellow or damaged leaves and dispose of or burn.
  • Apply liberally to leaves all over plant - underneath as well if possible. Evening is the best time.
  • Avoid applying in direct sunlight.
  • Avoid spraying in windy conditions.
  • Avoid using on open flowers.
  • Application three times in the first week is optimum, thereafter every one to two weeks during growing season.
  • Do not spray when roses are dormant (winter). Begin spraying as soon as plants begin sprouting after winter.
  • One litre of ready-to-use Happy Roses covers approximately twelve full size rose bushes.
  • One litre of concentrate makes 30 litres of ready-to-use solution or enough to treat 40 rose bushes ten times each.
  • If using concentrate (dilute 30ml/litre of water) we recommend using a dedicated pressurized hand sprayer to simplify your spraying regime.
